• Defining product positioning and key messages
• Development of product-related communication for apparel, bags, and backpacks
• Supporting cross-functional teams: Ecom, In-store, Digital, Creative
• Focus on distribution partners and end consumers
• Creating comprehensive marketing briefings in close collaboration with product development
• Utilizing consumer insights for strategic decisions
Active practice of skiing / cross-country skiing / ski-touring, a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing/communication or a related field, and at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing communication as:
• Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
• Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) Apparel Products
• Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Apparel Category
- Experience in the outdoor apparel industry
- Proven understanding of the outdoor sports landscape
- Ability to shape brand development across all channels and platforms
- A good sense of taste and the ability to bring concepts to life for a wider audience
- Demonstrable skills in copywriting
- High-level English and German language skills (oral and written
- Deep understanding of products, innovations, competition, and consumer behavior
- Extensive knowledge of modern marketing tools and sales channels
- Understanding of a fully integrated marketing mix for sales promotion and end consumers
